Frequently Asked Questions

Short Description

WHAT CLIENTS ASK

What types of cases does your firm work on?

We provide legal services in civil, family law and corporate matters. We work on both contentious (involving litigation) and non-contentious (outside of court) matters.

On average, how long does it take before a settlement/trial is reached?

This is entirely dependent on the type of cases going to trial. For example, for domestic violence litigation, you should keep a minimum of 90 days as the timeline; but in other cases, it could stretch from six months to a year and more.

What information do you need from me in order to get started?

If it’s a family law case, then we would require your Nikkahnama, Identification documents, list of monthly expenses and details about any children from the marriage. For domestic violence litigation, we would need details about the types of violence you have suffered. For other civil and corporate matters, we would require details about the suit property and / or business involved. It is entirely dependent on the type of case / legal issue you have.
